How does more training sound?
Your instructor feels that you would benefit from some additional remedial training.
This training is provided at no charge to you.
A Stay Upright instructor will train you for an additional 2 hours to allow you to achieve the Day 1 outcomes. Once you complete the remedial training; you can book a future Day 2 course with Stay Upright.
You must book and pay for a future Pre-Learner course if you cannot achieve Day 1 outcomes in the 2-hour remedial training. We want you safe out there!
You have 28 days from your first Day 1 attempt to complete the Remedial
training. Please note remedial training is only currently available on Fridays.
Next steps
There is nothing for you to do at this stage. Our friendly customer service team
will be in contact with you via email within 3 business days, to book you in. They
will also provide you with this information again, so you have a copy.
