This final testing component is a 1.5-hour assessment, including an on-range riding skill assessment and an on-road safe riding assessment. You must complete the Pre-Provisional Test within 12 months of receiving your learner’s licence, and you must have completed the Check Ride at least 28 days beforehand to avoid your licence expiring.
