How does more training sound?
Your instructor feels that you would benefit from some additional remedial training. This training is provided at no charge to you.
A Stay Upright instructor will train you for an additional 2 hours to allow you to achieve the outcomes required to get through the first half of the course. Once you complete the remedial training, you can complete the second half of the course at no charge.
If you cannot achieve the required outcomes in the 2-hour remedial training
to successfully pass the first half of the Pre-Learner course, you must book
and pay for a future Pre-Learner course. Alternatively, we may suggest
private lessons first to help you achieve that outcome. We want you safe out
there!
You have 28 days from your first attempt of the first half of the course to
complete the remedial training
Next steps
There is nothing for you to do at this stage. Our friendly customer service team
will be in contact with you via email within 3 business days, to book you in. They
will also provide you with this information again, so you have a copy.
