If you do not possess a Victorian Car Learner Permit you will need to undertake a written Road Rules Knowledge Test at a VicRoads office prior to doing the MPA course. If you do not possess a Victorian Car Licence you will need to undertake a written Hazard Perception Test at a VicRoads office prior to doing the MLA.
The Motorcycle Permit Assessment (MPA) course includes a written road rules Knowledge Test (KT1) at the end of Day 1. If you are unsuccessful in completing the KT1, we will provide you with an opportunity to re-take the KT1.
